Sinapp'ın WhatsApp Business Platform hizmeti kapsamında sakladığı verilerinizin silinmesini istediğinizde aşağıdaki adımları izleyebilirsiniz.

Nasıl talep edilir?

  1. oben@sinapp.com.tr adresine konu satırı "Veri Silme Talebi" olan bir e-posta gönderin.
  2. E-postada şunları belirtin:
    • Verisinin silinmesini istediğiniz WhatsApp telefon numarası (ülke koduyla, ör. +90 5xx xxx xx xx),
    • İşletme olarak başvuruyorsanız işletme adı ve mümkünse WhatsApp Business hesap kimliği (WABA ID),
    • Tüm verilerin mi yoksa belirli bir dönemin mi silinmesini istediğiniz.
  3. Kimliğinizi doğrulamak için, belirttiğiniz WhatsApp numarasından işletmeye bir doğrulama mesajı göndermenizi ya da ek bilgi vermenizi isteyebiliriz.

Ne zaman yanıt verilir?

  • Talebinizin alındığını 3 iş günü içinde bildiririz.
  • Silme işlemi en geç 30 gün içinde tamamlanır ve size e-postayla onay gönderilir. Onay e-postasında bir talep takip kodu yer alır.

Neler silinir?

  • Numaranızla ilişkili mesaj içerikleri (metin, medya kimlikleri, açıklamalar), profil adınız ve telefon numaranız,
  • Mesajlara ait meta veriler (zaman damgaları, mesaj türü, teslim/okundu durumları),
  • Coexistence ile eşitlenmiş kişi kaydı ve sohbet geçmişi,
  • İşletme hesabının bağlantısı kesildiyse, o hesaba ait erişim belirteçleri ve onboarding kayıtları.

Neler silinmez ya da bizim kontrolümüzde değildir?

  • Yasal saklama yükümlülüğü bulunan kayıtlar (ör. fatura), yasal süre boyunca saklanır.
  • WhatsApp/Meta tarafında ve sizin ya da karşı tarafın telefonunda tutulan mesajlar Sinapp'ın kontrolünde değildir. Bunlar için WhatsApp ayarlarını ya da Meta Gizlilik Merkezi'ni kullanabilirsiniz.

İşletmeler için

WhatsApp Business hesabınızın Sinapp ile bağlantısını Meta Business Suite → İşletme Ayarları → Entegrasyonlar / Bağlı uygulamalar bölümünden kaldırabilirsiniz. Bu durumda hesabınıza ait veriler 30 gün içinde silinir.

Follow these steps to request deletion of the data Sinapp stores as part of its WhatsApp Business Platform service.

How to request deletion

  1. Email oben@sinapp.com.tr with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Include:
    • the WhatsApp phone number whose data should be deleted (with country code, e.g. +90 5xx xxx xx xx);
    • if you are a business, your business name and, if possible, your WhatsApp Business Account ID (WABA ID);
    • whether you want all data deleted or only a specific period.
  3. To verify your identity, we may ask you to send a confirmation message to the business from that WhatsApp number or to provide additional information.

Response time

  • We acknowledge your request within 3 business days.
  • Deletion is completed within 30 days at the latest, and we confirm it by email with a request tracking code.

What is deleted

  • Message content linked to your number (text, media IDs, captions), your profile name and your phone number;
  • message metadata (timestamps, message type, delivery/read statuses);
  • contacts and chat history synced through coexistence;
  • if a business account is disconnected, that account's access tokens and onboarding records.

What is not deleted or outside our control

  • Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. invoices) are kept for the statutory period.
  • Messages held by WhatsApp/Meta or on your device or the other party's device are not controlled by Sinapp. Use WhatsApp's settings or the Meta Privacy Center for those.

For businesses

You can remove Sinapp's connection to your WhatsApp Business Account in Meta Business Suite → Business Settings → Integrations / Connected apps. That account's data is then deleted within 30 days.

Your rights under KVKK Art. 11 and GDPR, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority, are unaffected. Details: https://sinapp.com.tr/gizlilik-politikasi
